Recently, the number of people asking questions has increased, when is the last time for admission to universities in Azerbaijan or Bulgaria? or when do the admissions to Bolglerinde universities in Azerbaijan begin?...
I would like to inform you that the rules in state universities in Turkey and Russia are completely different... As a standard, admissions are not opened and closed at the same time. There are more than 200 state universities in Turkey and Ukraine, each of which opens or closes admissions at its own time.
Here comes a question, for example, I want to be admitted to Mersin University in Turia or to a university whose name I know in Ukraine, when should I bring my documents or when can I bring them to whom?
This is where the issue gets complicated, because no foreign education company knows when a university will open admissions, even if the university informs our company about it, the university itself does not know when it will be closed, because after the admissions are opened, the places that close at that time are full. For example, Turkey Children's University allocates 10 places for Azerbaijani students in the business major and starts admission. Admission is closed when 10 Azerbaijanis fill the admission limit at that university. That is, the opening and closing of the admission at a university in Turkey or Ukraine can take 2 days or 2 weeks. This varies according to the number of students who want to study at that university and the number of places allocated by the university.
If you want to get into a good university, the sooner you apply, the better and the higher your chances of getting into a good university. Every year, from January 28, the document acceptance of that year begins, and this process continues, depending on the specialty and university, and sometimes even until September and October.
Students applying in September cannot always choose a good university or major, but if they are lucky, they can get into a good university.
The mass filling of majors in Turkish and Ukrainian universities, that is, the filling of good universities, is in the following sequence.
Students who have received their certificate from the previous year or who have not received it, who apply with a previous reference, always get a good place.
After the certificate exams, students who receive their certificate and apply can choose good places.
As soon as the answers are released after the first and fourth formative exams, everyone who is cut off will be admitted without an exam, therefore, those who submit their documents before this process starts or even after it starts, can get a good place.
When we say bad places, we usually mean areas close to terrorism in Turkey, places near Syria, Van, Nakhchivan, etc., and in Ukraine, cities far from Kharkiv or Kiev. These places may be the fate of late applicants...
Remember, if you want to study in Turkey or Russia, every week is important, because after April 5, those 140 universities in Turkey and Ukraine start to decrease every 2 weeks or every week by filling certain specialties, that is, the places are filled. So the sooner you apply, the better.
NOTE: A question arises: some children are still studying in 11th grade and have not received a certificate, so how can they apply as soon as possible?
Students of the 11th grade can register and accept the certificate at the university as a negative document, and instead, they can apply to us with a certificate confirming that they studied in the 11th grade at school.
